Saber Studio AI provides AI-powered content creation services including video production, digital art, social media content, and automated publishing tools for the Hedera blockchain ecosystem and general creative needs.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to produce content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise unlawful. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

Content created through our Service for you becomes your property upon full payment. Saber Studio AI retains the right to display completed work as portfolio samples unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PAWS token on the Hedera network. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement.

6. Automated Publishing Tools

Our automated content pipeline posts videos and other content to platforms including YouTube and TikTok on behalf of Saber Studio AI's owned channels. This tool does not access, manage, or post on behalf of any third-party user accounts without explicit written authorization.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding results, platform performance, or content outcomes. Cryptocurrency-related content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Saber Studio AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
